If you're looking into healthy chocolate products, make sure to read this site before investing a dime! I spent many hours developing the content because I was looking into a chocolate business and wanted to make sure I was involved with the healthiest option I could find. So I came to these conclusions for myself and felt they could be valuable for others too.
Disclaimer: I developed the foundation of this content in 2008, though I continue updating as I learn more and in 2012 further simplified the reviews. After my initial learning, I decided only to get into business with raw, organic, and fair trade chocolate for the reasons shown here. For a time, I retailed Gnosis Chocolate, and am still an affiliate for them. In 2011, I joined ChocoNat as a network marketing member since it offered what I wanted to promote. Today they no longer sell through network marketing, but I still refer their chocolate through an affiliate link.
In short, I've done my best with a background in natural health and a passion for chocolate to look at the different aspects of chocolate in order to best understand what to look for. Then I've taken that information and applied it to my reviews on particular brands. Reviews are based on these points rather than on taste, which is subjective.
